Stand Strong ladies only classes…I am bringing strength training using kettle bells and body weight, and self defence via a system called krav maga to Bristol. It is a great way to feel stronger, feel more confident, feel fitter, but most of all FEEL SAFER.

We recommend using our taster sessions to start. Using our Class Pass, you get your first 3 sessions for just £19.99, including a free Stand Strong t-shirt if you sign up to classes!
